Lesson: "A Material World"-Properties of Materials

Overview: Study the relationship between object function, choice of materials that make up the object and the properties and origins of the materials. This lesson is adapted from Properties of Matter, Smithsonian / The National Academies, National Science Resources Center. This lesson will take 2-4 hours to complete.
