Following a discussion about taking charge of personal leisure as a component of a balanced lifestyle, students list things they love to do. In doing so they come to recognize they have not been engaged in active leisure planning or have limited their leisure engagement due to constraints of student and other adult responsibilities. Once they have listed things they love to do, they evaluate their current level of leisure function and share their leisure interests with their classmates. In doing so, they have the potential to meet new leisure partners and renew their former activity level, thus enhancing their overall lifestyle.
Other discussions can include leisure barriers, leisure time management, social skill building etc.
