Recommended Settings

• The Active/Cooperative Learning Site does not always function properly using Netscape browsers, so we suggest you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher for this site. 
• For best viewing, set your screen display settings to 1024 x 768.
• Macromedia's Flash 5.0 plug-in is required to view the opening animation.
• Please report technical problems with the web to our webmaster (janel.white@asu.edu).

Plug-ins

The Active/Cooperative Learning Site requires two browser plug-ins: 
Flash 5.0 and QuickTime 4.0.

• Flash 5.0

Graphics and animations require Macromedia Flash 5.0 to be already installed as a plug-in on your web browser. 
If you are not sure whether you have Flash 5.0 (the latest version), you can start a "detect Flash 5.0" page. If you do not have the Flash 5.0 plug-in, you will be taken to a page with a link to the Macromedia website, where you can download the plug-in. You will then need to install it, by following the instructions provided by Macromedia. After you have installed the plug-in, return to this page. You can "bookmark" this page now, so that you can easily find your way back.

• QuickTime 4.0

To view the Active/Cooperative Learning videos you will need the Apple QuickTime 4.0 plug-in. 
If you are not sure whether you have QuickTime 4.0 (the latest version) you can start a "detect QuickTime 4.0" page. If you do not have the Flash 5.0 plug-in, you will be taken to a page with a link to the Apple website, where you can download the plug-in. You will then need to install it, by following the instructions provided by Apple. After you have installed the plug-in, return to this page.
