I'm the roamer. That's my job. I'm the nomad. I call myself various names, because I roam. I find myself checking in with as many groups as I can get to. If there are groups having problems, I try to concentrate on those groups. If there are groups that don't look engaged with each other-they look like perhaps they're doing their e-mail instead of doing the activity at hand-then I'm usually right in the middle of that group.
