A lot of times, I'll just go around and help individual teams that are having trouble with something. I'll go around and watch them work. And if you're walking around and everybody's busy solving the problem and moving ahead with it, you know they're keeping up with it. If everybody's sitting scratching their head, stumbling around, you know that you've lost them.
