Implementing Cooperative Learning -
 
Working with Large Classes

Coalition faculty and experts that we interviewed teach classes that range from 20 to 400 students. All agreed that active/cooperative learning can be done in classes of almost any size. Richard Felder commented that A/CL is especially important for large classes, where getting students engaged is usually a challenge.
