I will, at the end, sometimes give a quiz. I might first do it as a team, and then do it individually. Sometimes, I do it individually followed by a team quiz. I do it every which way that they think I'm not going to do it, to keep them engaged in the process. As I tell people, if you do it the same way every time, then students are going to know what they can and can't do. So, I constantly change my mode of operation to keep them off-balance, in terms of what I'm going to do, because that's how I think I hold them accountable. That's probably the thing that they dislike most. Students don't like that level of accountability.
