John T. Demel received his Ph.D. from the Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa in 1973.Dr. Demel has taught and researched at Savannah State College and Texas A&M University, and is currently the Faculty Coordinator for the Freshman Engineering Honors Program and a professor in the engineering graphics section.Dr. Demel has co-authored five books and has written and presented more than 30 papers.
